For over 10 years I have had my hair dusted in flour, chocolate stains on my aprons, and my hands strong from rolling out dough.  After attending Culinary School in Arizona, I have a vast history in the baking and pastry industry from head bread baker, to chocolatier, to managing a four-store bakery in Portland, to working at a high end resort.

I have had the pleasure of working along side some of the most talented pastry chef's and learning all sorts of skills and talents. Finally, I have reached a point in my life where I want to bake the things I love with recipes I've perfected. I am ready to share them with you! Thanks for supporting small local businesses.
